Does this software work with all versions of Microsoft Excel?

Buyer Analytics has been tested with Excel 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007 and should work fine.   Excel 97  is not supported.   Buyer Analytics is not compatible with Mac versions of Microsoft Office Excel.

How does the software make me more productive?

Through the use of Excel templates,  Buyer Analytics automates routine tasks.  You don't need to stop what you are doing since the function needed to analyze purchasing data are integrated into the Excel template.

Can I access Buyer Analytics while working in Excel?

No, it is possible but not recommended. Using the Purchasing ToolPak Launcher will provide the best user experience. Many custom forms are only available through the launcher.

Is there any way to buy Buyer Analytics without a credit card?

Not at this time.  If this is a major concern please contact us through the email support.

What is your policy on upgrades?

Small improvements and bug fixes will be provided at no charge.  Major upgrades with additional features pricing will be announced at a later date.

What are the system requirements?

Buyer Analytics should work on most Windows PCs that are compatible with Microsoft Excel.  Buyer Analytics does not work with Mac or Linux operating systems.
